ISBO7 start up postponed!
Dear all,
I regret to inform you that ISBO7 will not start up on the pre-announced date. Some of the existing partner universities left us, we gained some new, but the available funds still are not enough to do the 7-th project properly. Therefore I decided to not to do it at all!
I am working to elaborate the format that will be doable under our available resources but that will not happen until September 2012.
